Faraz Aftab has developed over $10MM single-family and multi-family ground up new-construction and renovation projects in Philadelphia neighborhoods such as Fairmount, Francisville, Brewerytown, Northern Liberties, Grays Ferry, and Point Breeze. Having worked in the real estate and construction industry for over 10 years, he has developed a strong understanding of the ins-and-outs of the Philadelphia real estate market. He also currently holds his Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license with Entourage Elite Real Estate. Faraz currently leads the company’s acquisitions, development, construction and property management efforts working closely with investors, architects, attorneys, engineers, banks and tradesman.
